Returns and Exchange Policy

At Uptowels, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our returns and refund policy below:

1- Returns & Exchanges: Customers may return or exchange items within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the items are in their original condition, with all tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt as proof of purchase.

2- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale cannot be returned for a refund. However, they may be exchanged or returned within 7 days.

3- Online Purchases: Orders placed online may be exchanged or refunded, subject to the same return conditions stated above.

4- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on towels & bathrobes unless there is a manufacturing defect.

5- Final Sale: Please choose carefully, as all sales are considered final.
